Cyber-Bullies are Cowards..

I want to share a situation that has been unfolding for a little while now, I was going to keep it private but perhaps my experience may help others that are or have been exposed to online bullying.

Nothing hurts a nefarious and vile bully more than the actual TRUTH..

It all began a few years back when I was contacted and engaged to do work by this gentleman, Sorin Misha Pigulea from Romania

(remember this face, this is Mr. Sorin Misha Pigulea)

My engagement contract was to obtain capital for a business opportunity he wanted to pursue. I charge for my time as any professional does and jointly agreed on a fee. Contract was signed, fee paid and we were off and running.

Long story short, Mr. Pigulea’s business proposal was not sound and had many holes in his offer, for these reasons and a few others, funding was not forthcoming after many weeks of meetings with Investors.

Before I could suggest possible solutions to remedy his predicament I was met with vicious threats of defamation, personal injury and damaging content, all to be blazoned across the internet for all to see if I did not immediately return/refund his engagement fee, that he paid me for services that were fully rendered. You see, Mr. Pigulea regards himself as a self-proclaimed techno whiz and the threatening comments were supposed to strike fear in me. There was no fear, I hadn’t done anything wrong.

Mr. Pigulea went on to create more than one defamatory website dedicated to destroying my name, my reputation, my family, my businesses and future opportunities. It’s not fair or reasonable that innocent people get hurt, especially my family and friends, they had nothing to do with this man. Most people not all, unfortunately believe the stuff that gets posted online especially if it’s made to sound plausible.

To counteract the effect this was having on my association with clients and businesspeople in general, I decided to capitulate and forward my engagement fee back to Mr. Pigulea in full. I contacted a good friend of mine to act on my behalf. He contacted Mr. Pigulea and introduced himself and explained the reason for the contact. After a lengthy email exchange an agreement was struck between Mr. Pigulea and me, that we both agreed to on email. It was also reported that Mr. Pigulea during negotiations was rude, unprofessional and delicate.

A payment arrangement formed part of the agreement as we were right in the middle of covid 19 and work was slow, to say the least. Mr. Pigulea was repaid (I thought at the time this was the right way to go, how wrong I was) and upon payment closed down his defamatory web sites about me.

Or so I thought, fast forward to now. For some unexplainable reason Mr. Pigulea has recreated the defamatory websites and reposted all the content he agreed to remove years ago. Now he has included fabricated content about my family and friends and its nothing but lies. Importantly, Its also worth noting that Mr. Pigulea does not back up his content by publishing his name or photograph further evidencing that he is a coward, and his content is all fabricated. He got what he wanted and yet feels the need to extract more. I can only conclude that this is how his warped mind gets its kicks.

Since going public with this story, I’ve been met with nothing but support from individuals who have been through the whole online bullying scenario. Patience and persistence are key.

There will be more home Truths of Mr. Pigulea and others to come.

If you find yourself in a position like this just reach out and ask for help, hopefully I or others that have been unfortunate enough to endure these online cowards can point you in the right direction.

Furthermore personally, I’ve never been arrested, had a DUI or had any convictions. I’ve also served in the Australian army. Left the service after being shot more than once, after serving my country in Afghanistan.

It’s easy for these malicious individuals to sit behind a keyboard and throw around hurtful, defamatory comments without any real consequences, or so they think. Social media has created a space where some people believe they can hide behind anonymity and spew venom without accountability. But let’s be clear: your words have power. When you choose to spread negativity or attack others online, it doesn’t make you clever or strong—it just makes you a coward. Hiding behind a screen to tear down others might give you a momentary sense of superiority, but in the end, it only exposes your own lack of empathy and insecurity.

So, to the trolls who think their baseless comments don’t matter—guess what? They do. You might think you're just stirring the pot for some cheap entertainment, but in reality, you’re contributing to a toxic environment where respect and understanding are in short supply. It’s time to call out this kind of behaviour and stand up for a culture of kindness and responsibility. Behind every screen is a real person with real feelings, and no amount of keyboard bravado will change that. Your time is better spent lifting others up, not tearing them down.

The law is on your side, Australia has some of the worlds toughest cyber-bulling laws in the world. Cowards dislike being called out from a legal perspective because the risk of conviction or imprisonment is quite high.

Defamation - What is it..

Defamation is the act of harming someone's reputation through written or spoken statements. More common these days with social media.

It can also include gestures or pictures.

There are extensive laws protecting individual and corporation reputations along with freedom of speech.
Defamation is now prolific in places like Social Media or in magazines. Evidence shows Australia now has one of the highest defamation case rates in the world – more than double that of the UK.
For example, a journalist falsely accusing a mayor of drug trafficking. This would be classified as personal defamation. Whereas someone commenting on Social Media about a Retail shop would be classified as company/corporate defamation

Gaps in legislation where social media platforms and means of communication have changed means that it heavily relies on case law to regulate online behaviours. These gaps have forced courts to redefine key concepts of who is considered the ‘publisher’. New communication through things like emojis are creating potential issues on inequity and fairness which will create more new untested challenges for legislation.

Recently (2024) in Australia there has been a court decision that precludes search engines like Google from being considered the publisher.  This means in effect that the courts do not consider hyperlinks to be publishing.  However, further to this if this defamation is paid advertising, then search engines like Google may be held responsible for the publishing and there for damages claims.

Generally, the landscape is changing as our reliance on the internet is increasing dramatically.

Deliberate defamation for the sake of harm is now considered a cybercrime and is harshly dealt with in Australian courts.

If you are being defamed online there are people that can assist you with this from sharing of experiences to full blown legal firms dedicated to defamation and damages claims.

The once safe bastion of offshore publishers and bullying is slowly changing, the landscape where the (Bullies) can be held accountable for damages to reputation, loss of opportunities and pain and suffering.

There is a common opinion amongst lawyers that global laws soon will entail significant increased penalties for the disparaging party.
It doesn’t matter where you live in the world anymore, if you have deliberately sought to defame someone and they act against you for doing so, the courts will deal with you harshly.

A Retrospective glance at 2024..

As 2024 ends and 2025 begins I want to look back and remember why I work methodically to achieve a successful life.
In a world where success is defined not just by the numbers on a bank account, but by the experience’s you curate, the lifestyle you command, and the assets you control, one thing remains undeniably true: the personal yacht is not just a symbol of wealth, it is the ultimate statement of power, taste, and exclusivity.

Owning a yacht isn’t just about having a boat—it’s about claiming the sea as you're domain. Whether you’re buying or selling, the yacht market is as dynamic, strategic, and cutthroat as the world of high finance itself. The ocean is not just your playground; it’s your personal canvas. The superyacht isn’t for those who simply want a getaway; it’s for those who demand the finest in every aspect of life, from design to experience, to the very lifestyle that a yacht signifies.
Imagine, a sprawling, multi-level luxury yacht, designed to your exact specifications. Sumptuous lounges, marble floors, an infinity pool that spills seamlessly into the horizon, a cinema room, personal chefs on standby, and crew members trained to anticipate your every whim. Now, you can start to think, the oceans are mine to conquer.
Purchasing a yacht in 2024 or anytime for that matter is not for the faint-hearted. It’s about building connections, understanding the intricacies of the market, and negotiating on a level where every detail matters. It’s not just about the price tag—it’s about gaining access to a world where only a select few are invited. Yachts are not just for leisure—they’re for those who understand that owning a superyacht is a statement, a refined taste, a class unto itself. It’s a statement that says, “I don’t just move through the world; I own it.”

I buy and sell for the seasoned connoisseur, selling a yacht is an equally high-stakes affair. When it’s time to part ways with a vessel that has served as both a status symbol and an escape, you need to trust the process, navigate the complexities of the market, and find that perfect buyer who understands the true value of what you’re offering. Selling isn’t just about the transaction; it’s about passing on a legacy.

When you’ve transcended the ordinary, the notion of “travel” becomes something vastly different. It’s not about hopping on a commercial flight or booking a standard vacation package. Luxury travel is about transcending the mundane and creating experiences that are as rare as they are unforgettable.

Picture this, an exclusive private jet at my service, gliding through the clouds as I sip champagne in a cabin designed with bespoke furnishings that rival the most luxurious hotels on earth. My next destination? It’s not just a place; it’s a meticulously designed experience. Whether I’m stepping off my private yacht onto a sun-drenched island where my own villa awaits or enjoying a private tour of the world’s most coveted landmarks, every detail is catered to ensure that my journey is nothing short of perfection.

When you travel with wealth, you don’t just follow an itinerary—you dictate it. Every stop is a chapter in your personal story, each more breath-taking than the last. And as for the people who accompany you? Only those who truly deserve to be in the presence of greatness.

But let’s not be coy - wealth is the glue that holds all of this together. It’s the invisible force that powers every venture, every acquisition, every experience. Wealth isn’t just about numbers; it’s about influence, freedom, and the ability to shape your reality on your own terms. It’s about having the resources to affect your life at the highest level, surrounded by the finest things—whether that’s an art collection, a private jet, or a multi-million-dollar yacht.

In a world where the ultra-wealthy are constantly seeking new ways to push boundaries, those with the power to command extraordinary assets are truly the architects of their futures. True wealth goes beyond money—it’s the ability to decide what happens next, to travel in ways that were once reserved for the annals of royalty, and to enjoy the most refined pleasures without hesitation.

I control my own narrative, and I love what I’m doing. Being fortunate enough to be in this position allows me to follow my dreams. So, in 2025 I hope you can all do the same.
